Description Pali Varga 2020-07-13 16:04:43 UTC
Description:
Fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, with LibreOffice included, added KDE DE.
Upon opening random ODT document, some Writer tools are non-functional or partially functional

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04, with LibreOffice 6.4.4.2 on it and KDE desktop environment added
2. Open random document.
3. Try the below mentioned functionalities.

Actual Results:
- mouse wheel scroll non-functional
- zoomin zoomout buttons added to toolbar non-functional
- Tools>AutoCorrect>WhileTyping cannot be disabled

Expected Results:
- mouse wheel scroll should scroll down the page
- zoomin and zoomout buttons should do zoom in and zoom out
- Autocorrect while typing check button click should uncheck it

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Additional Info:
After assigning Ctrl+ & Ctrl- shortcuts both to "Zoom" operation (not ZoomIn, not ZoomOut, just Zoom), zooming in and zooming out with Ctrl & mouse wheel started working and also page scrolling started working. (Why??? !!!). However, page scrolling impossible again after a few seconds. workaround: After Ctrl mouse-wheel-scroll (zooming in and out) the page scroll re-enables for about one second and then stops working again. Mouse-wheel de facto remains non-usable.

Absolutely no such issue with mouse wheel in other apps: Dolphin, PDF reader, Mozilla.
