I drawn an isosceles triangle aiming an equilateral one without contour. At 30° it should be looking to the right, but the side is not parallel with a vertical line. It gets parallel when the angle is set to ~30.63°

The problem is, that your triangle does not have 60deg angles.

First got to tab 'Rotation' and set rotation to 0deg.
Then go to tab 'Slant & Corner Radius' and set the shear angle to 0deg.
Then go to tab 'Position' and give it the correct height. For a width of 19,37mm you would need 19,37*sqrt(0,75)=16,77.
Then go to tab 'Rotation' and set 30deg.
