Screenshot of the problem in Writer - There is no way to edit the custom label

Since bug #123206 was fixed it is possible to import custom chart data labels from DOCX to LO and export them to ODT, but it is still not possible to edit existing ones or create new custom labels.

Steps to reproduce:
1.	Open attachment #148947 [details]
2.	Edit the chart and select any of the data labels, then double click on it

Actual results:
The “Label for Data Series” dialog opens.

Expected results:
The cursor is placed in the data label box and the text can be edited. The “Label for Data Series” dialog should be opened from the main/contextual menu only.

LibreOffice details:

The labels show value or category, there is no free text. Unsure how Word handles this and it might be a roundtrip topic.

If we decide to go ahead I suggest to add "[ ] Show free text < >" in the dialog and perhaps auto switch it on (and the currently checked option off) in case the user starts to edit the data label like known from text boxes.

Would be good to have docx example.

This is likely a consequence of bug #39052
