Description: Wenn adding a comment to a marked text, the screenreader is silent, so no blind users get's to konw when he can add his comment Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Writer 2. Write a few words 3. Move to the "add" Menu and hit Comment. 4. appearently a windows opens, but nothing is spoken by screenreader Actual Results: Nothing is said by screenreader Expected Results: Screenreader announces what happens and what can be done in the comment window. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes OpenGL enabled: Yes Additional Info: A screenreader is needed to reproduce this bug.
Confirmed, with Ubuntu 20.04 LibreOffice 6.4.4.2 and Orca master (screenreader) 3.37.3pre

I reproduced this bug with LibreOffice 7.0 and NVDA 2020.2 using Windows 10.
The bug could be reproduced. Windows 10, Libre Office 7.0.0.3 (x64), NVDA 2020.2 and 2019.2.1
