Description Olaf Langmack 2020-08-10 06:27:12 UTC
Description:
The platform runs LO 6.4.4, then LO 7.0.0.3 is installed.

The first attempto to reopen a Draw file has the following effects:

 - A window frame shows, without content. I.e. the desktop is visible instead.

 - Nothing happens any more.

 - Windows explorer is operational.

Work arounds is to cancel the process and reinstall a previous version.

However: See bug 135579

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install LO70003 on Windows 7 Pro with ESU
2. Open ODG-file (or other, probably)
3.

Actual Results:
LO freezes before showing any content

Expected Results:
Application to open, i.e. Draw in the case of an ODG file

Reproducible: Didn't try

You can start LibreOffice in Safe mode - your start menu should have an entry for it. Please try it. Also try with 7.1 in normal mode.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED, if the problem persists. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
