Description:
Bulleted list enabled out of nowhere (not explicitly enabled) and not enabled in older versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open attachment 164095 [details]
2. Enter cell A2 (right top cell)
3. Type followed by enter -> bulleted list starts

Actual Results:
Bulleted list

Expected Results:
No bulleted list (as in 6.0
