Telesto, it seems, that nobody could confirm this bug since more than one year. So I‘d like to ask, if it is still reproducible for you. Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I could repro this in 7.6+ in several spots. The issue is less about the image "moving", but that the text in the columns gets all messed up (until you press the arrow key once more). This is a layout issue. Switching to web view and back to normal view puts everything in the expected position (until moving up and back down again).
Bibisected with 7.0 and noticed there is already an exact duplicate report with the same file. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 146328 ***
