Telesto, it seems, that nobody could confirm this bug since more than one year. So Iā€˜d like to ask, if it is still reproducible for you. Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

I can't comfirm this with

Version: 7.2.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 87b77fad49947c1441b67c559c339af8f3517e22
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19043; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: de-DE
Calc: CL

I could see a very short moment, when frame jumps to the left but it umps immedately back to the right place. I won't consider this as a bug.

Also no problem with left arrow

I could repro this in 7.6+ in several spots. The issue is less about the image "moving", but that the text in the columns gets all messed up (until you press the arrow key once more).

This is a layout issue. Switching to web view and back to normal view puts everything in the expected position (until moving up and back down again).
