Description: Hi, I am really out of my depth. I loaded OfficeLibre about a month ago; used it to open xlsx and docx file. then did not use it and today needed to use it... but I do not have a link (icon) on desktop to run OfficeLibre. I found its subdirectory in the Windows Programs Subdirectory, but dont' know what file to exectute or drag to desktop page.. I tried to find some way to send a help request to OfficeLibre but this is the closest I could find to send anything to any one... so now I have Bugzilla Account... yeah, useless to me, except to see if anyone can help me. other option is to delete OfficeLibre and down load it again; actually I saw that it is still in my Download directory if that would be of any help to me.. from Larry Meyer (out of his depth) I will now see what I MUST complete below to send this... sorry about that... LibreOffice and Apache OpenOffice are 2 softwares. LibreOffice is a fork of Apache OpenOffice. Your problem could be due to an antivirus, what antivirus do you use? Did you download LO from official website? (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download/) To solve this, I think the simplest thing is indeed to uninstall your current version, download last LO version 6.4.6 and install this one. Finally, you can also follow https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps#Corrupted_user_profile Waiting for your feedback.
Bugzilla is for reporting bugs and http://ask.libreoffice.org/ is for help.
