In LO 7.0.0.3: Table => Insert Table => "None" is preselected So please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version. Change to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if the problem went away.
If it is solved in version 7.0, I think the report can be closed. I am still with 6.3.6.2 realese, and waiting for 6.4.7 to be released.

No issue seen at LibreOffice 6.4.7.2 (x86); OS: Windows 6.1.
