Description:
Additional section called TextSection introduced on opening DOCX/RTF/DOC

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Save as DOC/DOCX/RTF
3. File reload -> notice the additional section

Actual Results:
Additional section

Expected Results:
Probably not, not seen in Word as far I can tell

Yes, this is by design.
Word's idea of sections is rather different from LO's. LO has a pyramid style of sections, while Word has an array of sections.

So LO's bottom layer of the pyramid is "unspecified", but it still exists. And since it is a pyramid, the start of the document is the same style as the end of the document - but that doesn't fit well at all with Word's sequential concept. So if sections are used, EVERYTHING tends to be specified, including the beginning and the end.

LO splits the stuff from a Word-section between Sections and Page Styles (since Word doesn't have page styles). This is especially important for anything to do with columns, or forms.
