Telesto, it seems, that nobody could confirm this bug since more than one year. So I‘d like to ask, if it is still reproducible for you. Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

The bottom two shapes are also anchored to the second paragraph, but their positioning seems to account for the presence of the top right shape. With that gone, they are moved towards the right and they lose the visibility of their filling bitmap images of the tourist girl.
This seems to have started in 5.4, before the shapes did not lose their image fill. Your computer might be having a glitch - it sounds like your graphics driver ended up corrupted out of nowhere. You can check for updates from the manufacturer's website to make sure or talk with https://www.uk-dissertation.com/buy-dissertation.html regarding the issue and they will help.
