Which database type do you use? Does it happen with a brand new embedded HSQLDB datafile?

For other people, here's the feedback from amonre1:
"I have tried in my MacBook Pro with mac os x 10.15.5 and all work normally.
The problem happened only on my iMac with mac os x 10.13.
This problem appeared when i wanted to create a table with a .odb file.
It’s probably a wrong manipulation.
I’ll look for my error."

Waiting for more information about potential manipulation error.

Translated into English:

When I click on the Tables icon on the left hand side (Editor's note : of the main base window), the application shuts down spontaneously with Libreoffice 7.0.0.3

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start the application
2. Click on the icon "Tables" on the left hand side of the main Base window

Actual Results:
Application crashes

Expected Results:
When starting LO again, the recovery dialog window is displayed, but doesn't solve the problem

The OP is using macOS 10.13 - this is known to cause LO to crash in some circumstances (other bug reports unrelated to Base, but difficult to reproduce).

We would also need to know whether any accessibility programs are running, which Jave version is installed, etc.

@amonre1 : can you provide us with that information as well, please ?
Comment 5 amonre1 2020-08-25 18:34:25 UTC
Java version 8 update 261 (build 1.8.0_261-b12).
No other accessibility programs are running.
Today LO writer was crashed without any reason after 10 minute of use.
I sended the report to apple.

@amonre1 : thanks for the information.

Your version of Java is quite old.

Could you try updating your JDK to Java12 (not Java14, as this is currently causing problems with LO7), and report back here whether the problem with random crashing still happens ?

This is possibly a DUP of bug 134754, where the original poster is also using macOS 10.13.
