Description:
When I click on a menu item in the menu bar, there is no text to identify what I am choosing.  Likewise, the drop-down list for each menu bar item shows blanks.

Actual Results:
1. Open the program
2. Click on File in the menu bar
3. There will be no text

Expected Results:
Menu choices with identifying text


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you please reset your Libreoffice profile ( https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile ) and re-test?

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present
