Description: All hyper-links are lost if user switch to Arabic user interface !! I discovered this strange bug 1st on my Fedora 32 LO version 6.4.6, then I tested it with version 7.0.0.3 from FlatHub & same error happened !! Steps to Reproduce: 1. use Libre Office with English UI to create an office document docx with hyper-links, then save it. Or, instead, you can use any office document with hyper-links within it's contents. 2. open it again with same English UI. Hyper-links are all existing okay. 3. close the document 4. open Libre Office just to change UI to Arabic. 5. now open the document with Arabic UI. You will see that all hyper-links are lost !! Actual Results: All hyper-links will lost if document open by LO set to Arabic UI !! Expected Results: This should not happened & all hyper-links should preserved regardless UI English or Arabic or any other one ... Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: This issue not related to locale but only limited to user interface.
Created attachment 168186 [details] 136076_hyperlink.odt: document containing a hyperlink Unfortunately, I can't test changing to an Arabic UI, so I can't confirm the bug report. I hope the example document helps. It certainly works for US English.
A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
