This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-5b35d3fc-2f61-4e39-b668-81766d8f03dd. ========================================= Version: 7.0.0.3 Build ID: 8061b3e9204bef6b321a21033174034a5e2ea88e CPU threads: 16; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL This crash occurred when viewing Custom styles and deleting the unused styles. It appears to be the auto-generated style names such as: "Character_5f_5f_5f_20_5f_5f_5f_style" In fact, after deleting such as "Custom" style, after saving and re-opening the file this new "Custom" character style appeared: "Character_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_20_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_5f_style" So it appears to be related to style logic.
Thank you for reporting the bug. Is it possible for you to provuide a sample document with the problematic styles and add some steps to reproduce?
I will need to see if I can reproduce on a sanitised version of the document.
Thank you for reporting the bug. Please attach a sample document, as this makes it easier for us to verify the bug. I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested document is provided. (Please note that the attachment will be public, remove any sensitive information before attaching it. See https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FAQ#How_can_I_eliminate_confidential_data_from_a_sample_document.3F for help on how to do so.)
I have been unable to reproduce the issue. I tried looking at the problem documents before I made further edits (in Older 6.4.5.2) but I could not re-produce the edits. It is possible that I had at the time a very unique situation that led to the crash. Furthermore I cannot seem to reproduce the crash after updating to 7.0.1.2. (I try to keep fairly up to date with the AppImage version of fresh) I do encounter other crashes at times such as when doing operations with two windows of the same document. (either turning of Formatting Marks and closing second window, etc). But I have yet to file a bug for them as I am usually pressed for time.
