Description Barry 2020-08-27 14:00:45 UTC
When saving a document to any of the versions of Word, all Tab formatting, which is visible on screen whilst writing, disappears when the document is reopened.

So, an indented sentence that has originally had a tab inserted by the Tab button on my keyboard no longer retains that tab when reopened. Worse still, I cannot reinstate the tab by placing my cursor at the beginning of the sentence and again pushing the Tab key.

Not proper report. Needed are exact steps, source ODT, preferably with screenshot of compared ODT and reopened DOCX (if it's docx, or doc, report is so unclear).
