Description: I have a chart in my chart sheet that uses values from a selection list (USD, SP500, ...) to create a chart. After I have been updating values in my master sheet, when selecting another option from my selection list in my chart sheet, the values in the chart sheet do update but the chart not. I have to save the calc sheet first, close it and re-open it for the chart to update when changing values in the selection list. Steps to Reproduce: 1. create 2 sheets, one with data, one with a chart that is made from a selection list retrieving the data and making a chart of the selected data 2. add extra row of data to the data sheet using copy & insert so that the range of your chart remains valid 3. change a selection in your chart sheet. you will notice that the data gets updated but the chart not Actual Results: data is updated, chart not Expected Results: chart should also update Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No Additional Info: [Information automatically included from LibreOffice] Locale: en-GB Module: SpreadsheetDocument [Information guessed from browser] OS: Windows (All) OS is 64bit: no

This problem is recurrent since 2014 and it's often that using the file on someone else's computer with another Calc version shows the graphic working. This frustrates bug reporting on this topic. Copying the graphic to the same sheet then deleting the original can also produce a new working chart for the user in difficulty. Resetting user profile has (for the moment) never yet resolved a broken chart. Some users find that just saving the file with a different name then reopening will cause it to function for a few more days (then, after a while working with the calculations in the cells or copying an entire sheet; the chart's broken again). Some users start a new spreadsheet and fill it by "Insert sheet from file" taking one sheet at a time from the file with the problem. They report that this seems to "clean" the file of unnecessary remaining records of previous work that conflict. It's very difficult to reproduce consistently and usually a sample file will work elsewhere. The problem is very frequent. See Bug 136160 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=136160 See Bug 86321 https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=86321 There are two small sample .ods files there. Would you have a moment to test them on your windows system? May we use your actual file (rather than jpg images) to test it on different versions? Can you upload here an .ods?
