When I insert a field of type "Time" it always shows the time in UTC, no matter which time zone is chosen on the system.

My environment:
* Collabora Online Development edition (LOOLWSD: 4.6.2, LOKit: 6.2-21) on Debian 9.
* Frontend: Nextcloud 19.0.2 with Collabora Online V3.7.3.

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.

Hello Xisco,

thank you for reminding me of this issue.

As described at the beginning, I use LibreOffice indirectly via the Collabora Online environment under Nextcloud. Therefore, I can't say anything right now about whether it works in the current standalone version (LibreOffice V7.2.2). It will take some time until this version arrives in the Collabora Online environment and also still in the Docker container I use. 

Current state:
* Collabora Online Development Edition (LOOLWSD: 6.4.14, LOKit: 6.4-50)
* Nextcloud: 20.0.13 with Collabora Online 3.8.6.
The field "Time" shows the time still in UTC.

As soon as there is Collabora Online based on a new version of LibreOffice, I will check it again.

In the meantime, I was able to try various desktop variants of LibreOffice. 

I tested my test case with the current version V7.2.2 of LibreOffice (standalone, Windows 10, x64) as well as with version V6.4.7.2 of LibreOffice-Portable. In both cases, the field "Time" was correctly displayed in local time.

So it is not an issue in the base of LibreOffice.
But I don't know if it is due to the software package LibreOffice-Online (LOOL), the package Collabora Online Development Edition (CODE) or rather the integration in Nextcloud (App: Collabora Online).
