Description:
There should be two sections in Table => Size, Columns and rows, with possibily to even either columns and rows.
Under 'rows hight' there is an entry 'even columns' (wrong plce for this) and it is not affecting the columns.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just take a look at the menu under table for the wrong description
2.

Actual Results:
Wrong description, doesnt affect columns

Expected Results:
Should even the size of the columns

You are using a very old version.
Please try 6.3.6 or 7.0.1 directly from libreoffice website.

Also you could try to do this after install the new versions:
Help - LibreOffice - Restart in Safe Mode -Factory Settings
