Description jlewissrgm 2020-09-14 08:12:50 UTC
Description:
Using LibreOffice 6.4.52 with an HP Deskjet 2540.
Can't print multiple copies of the same print job in Writer even with the proper option of LibreOffice 6.4.52 Writer checked off. Thanks.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on "Print" options & and type in the number of pages to print.
2.Click on the "Print" button to execute the print job.
3.

Actual Results:
Only one copy is printed even if two or more copies have been chosen.

Expected Results:
Software should have printed more than one copy but did not consistently.
Tried this more than once. Writer printed okay be I installed the Writer 6.4.5.2 release.

Reproducible: Always

Hi, can you create a screenshot of the printing dialog just before you press Print?... And after that come here on the bug page and click on Add an attachement and upload that.

Waiting for your image.

Thanks.

There could be 2 problems in your image:
- the OK button to print is not visibile. In this case the problem is known and this bug is a duplicate
- LibreOffice prints 1 page instead of 2. In this case change the value from "Pages per sheet" from 2 to 1. And the problem is solved.

We need to know exactly wich one is your problem. Waiting for your answer
