Description:
I thought I would try out the lastest released version (7.0.1), It worked ok but the toolbar graphics would all turn to black boxes after a few minutes of using it. So I decided to uninstall 7.0.1 and install the more stable 6.4.6 version.

When uninstalling it looks like it deletes vcruntime140_1.dll. So many programs on my PC will not run as well as Libre Office 6.4.6. reinstalling 7.0.1 seems to put back the missing files and fixes everything. So I am pretty much stuck using 7.0.1 unless I figure out how to repair what the uninstaller does.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install 7.0.1
2.Uninstall 7.0.1
3.

Actual Results:
Deletes vcruntime140_1.dll

Expected Results:
For it not to delete files used by other software


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No
