Description:
Automatically preview is restarted after every scroll in duration time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Sidebar -> Slide transitions
3. Assuming automatic Preview checked
3. Scroll the duration time up -> every tick will cause a start of a new preview..

Actual Results:
New preview -> holding up work

Expected Results:
Not sure how to solve this.. some waiting time.. before starting the preview?

The UI isn't locked, or at least not under Linux with gtk3 or gen, while the preview plays so you aren't held up changing the value to something else while the preview is playing or held up moving into another widget

On Windows the preview restarts on every attempt to change the duration value and is 'blocking' input .. but lets wait for a conformation of someone else

I am not sure to have clearly understood this bug.
I don't find a bug with the scrollbar and the preview on the main page.
But the view with the "slide show" option doesn't work well.
