Description:
Duration an delay of the effect attached to an object reset after changing the effect

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open the attached file
2. Pick the animation tab in the sidebar
3. Select a different animation.. start time & duration switching back

Actual Results:
Replaced

Expected Results:
Don't touch the manual input? This way tiresome to replace an animation effect


Reproducible: Always

As this has been the behavior for a long time.. and older dialog this did this too, but somehow bit more 'expected'; even though it might be broken back then too (kind of taste)

I'm willingly to accept they directional change when opting for a different animation.

We discussed the topic in the design meeting. When changing the type of animation, values for delay and duration should remain.

It's also worth to review the default values.
