Please provide a screen clip or two. And is this with the Quicklaunch feature enabled (load LibreOffice on login). Or with the MS Window Task Bar in general? Jump-list, of icons in the Notification area?

Symbols of Writer, Calc and Base on Windows Task Bar

This behaviour I recognize since my update from 6.4.2 to 7.0.2, every time I launch the programs. I don't use the Quicklaunch feature.
The appearance on start menue is correct.

OK, please post your install details from Help -> About LibreOffice

and describe the Windows desktop "theme" in use. Looks to be the UWP Dark theme with Tablet mode enabled, so a Windows 10 build?

Since this followed an upgrade install, have you simply removed the pinned taskbar icons and then re-pinned them?

Have you reset your profile, or tried a LibreOffice safemode profile? Done from the Help -> Safe mode?

suspect this to be a dupe of bug 76131
