At https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/ug/text/scalc/guide/userdefined_function.html I see a bunch of junk-lookin text in the sidebar that upon Google Translate, is autodetected to be Uyghur. I have absolutely no settings anywhere that indicate that I'd understand that langauge, and that text is mixed in with English anyway. Example: بۇ بۇيرۇقنى زىيارەت قىل… If I click on the first one, https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/ug/text/scalc/01/04060000.html?DbPAR=CALC, it leads to a page with a bunch of sections in that language.

I don't know where you got this URL, but it's the Uyghur documentation (LibreOffice provides translated documentation for many languages, including Uyghur), indicated by the "ug" part in the URL. The page is mixed English and Uyghur because the translation is incomplete. If you want English documentation, use the correct URL, e.g. https://help.libreoffice.org/latest/en-US/text/scalc/guide/userdefined_function.html
