As this topic which can be debated about.. I prefer closing the dialog
It is good, that it stays open, so that you can try it out for your current window. The illustration in the dialog might be to small for some users. Unusual is the fact, that the bottom area does not follow the Help, OK, Cancel pattern.
The dialog intentionally remains open to see what you get. There is no help for this dialog as it is self-explanatory, Cancel wouldn't be clear (does it unapply changes first?), and thus the common Ok is replaced by Close. This configuration is not unusual.
