Description:
Clicking apply or apply to all should close they Select Your preferred user interface 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer 
2. View -> Select Your preferred user interface 

Actual Results:
Pressing Apply doesn't close the dialog

Expected Results:
I think it should close. If apply is they problem.. because it doesn't close normally, please pick a different name

As this topic which can be debated about.. I prefer closing the dialog

It is good, that it stays open, so that you can try it out for your current window. The illustration in the dialog might be to small for some users.

Unusual is the fact, that the bottom area does not follow the Help, OK, Cancel pattern.

The dialog intentionally remains open to see what you get. There is no help for this dialog as it is self-explanatory, Cancel wouldn't be clear (does it unapply changes first?), and thus the common Ok is replaced by Close. This configuration is not unusual.
