Description Jakob 2020-11-10 19:27:44 UTC
Description:
When you put a picture in the background it was helpful to be able to turn it around if it is upside-down.
I would suppose the following classification: right-click on the background-picture and choose properties(page setup)/background/picture/options

Actual Results:
only style, size (width and height), scaling, position

Expected Results:
additionally turn it on XX°

Reproducible: Always

IMO this goes beyond an office suite. We should keep functions as simple as possible. And adding manipulation features to the background setup is the opposite.

As a workaround you could just insert the image and put it on a special layer that can be locked to behave like a background.
