Section lost on copy/ paste

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 167747 [details]
2. CTRL+A
3. CTRL+C
4. CTRL+N
5. CTRL+V

Actual Results:
Last split section lost.. so answers are a-d are list instead of split over 2 columns

Expected Results:
2 columns


Reproducible: Always
