Hello Joel, A new major release of LibreOffice is available since this bug was reported. Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ? I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the latest version.
Hello Xisco Fauli Sorry, the bug is not the fault to Libre Office, finally I have found help from Ubuntu helper, and after to have apply the proposals. The printer Canon work very well. The problem was due to have put the version 20.04, a lot of files about printers (the menu-parameter-printer was not present on my PC) was not deleted and replaced by new files and do the problem I have exposed. Sorry to reply only now that my problem is solved, and thanks a lot to your help. Best regards Joel
