Delete a custom style in a template: file-changed icon does not become red, window can be closed without LO asking about saving changes.
File reopens with ‘deleted’ style still present.

Thank you for reporting the bug. 
Unfortunately without clear steps to reproduce it, we cannot track down the origin of the problem. 
Please provide a clearer set of step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the problem, including attachments if they are needed to reproduce but.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the requested information is provided.

Well, I cannot reproduce it. Sorry about the false alarm!
