Description Eyal Rozenberg 2020-12-08 21:25:28 UTC
I once had an account on the DF wiki. I tried logging into it today, and failed. So, I tried recreating it. That supposedly succeeded - I got a confirmation email, clicked it, and supposedly my details got saved - but when I now try to login through the "Login" link at the top of the wiki page, I am directed to here:

https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&returnto=Main+Page

and the page says:

User cannot be authenticated.
[ ] Keep me logged in

and there's a button saying "Login with Pluggable Auth". The button does nothing, apparently.

I realize this is not the right product and component, but I don't know where to file this bug.

This is not a place.
I think the right one is Infrastructure in Redmine, https://redmine.documentfoundation.org/projects.

Yeah, so, I can't log on to there either... and I think the account system is shared between that and the wiki.

Try emailing Guilhem <hostmaster {at} documentfoundation.org> according to https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Infra/Services then.

If that fails (shouldn't, Guilhem is rather responsive), maybe try to contact individual admins listed on https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Infra/AdminTeam ?

Regardless, asking on Bugzilla is the wrong place. Maybe try IRC next time.
