Description: Border Style button not only changes style, but width. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Ctrl+1, Borders tab, choose a line width. 2. Change the line style from the formatting toolbar button Border Style. Actual Results: Line style is changed, but width goes to near 1 pt. Expected Results: Line style is changed, and width remain the same. Now in the Formatting toolbar, "change" from Solid to Solid, and line width will change to 1 pt.
