Have never had draw object selection with 'mouse over' "hover"; draw text boxes included. I must select the text object with mouse click. Or select the text in the draw object (text boxes included) with a double click. The drag handles appear on selecting the object, they disappear on selecting the text. All objects. So.. after 5 minutes of thinking.. I get what this was about. But well, obviously tremendous bug reporting quality of mine.. Will open a new bug report, even though this being about a 'detail'/ nitpick.
