Description xordevoreaux 2021-01-17 17:20:52 UTC
Description:
I belong to a writing group and invest a lot of time reviewing the works of other writers, which means lots of comments in the margins. Occasionally, I want to insert a picture as part of a comment, just because.

I can't figure out how to do that, so I figure that's unsupported.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch LO Writer
2. Create a margin comment
3. Attempt to insert picture into comment.

Actual Results:
Not possible.

Expected Results:
Picture inserted, automatically scaled to fit the dimensions of the comment.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No

Michael and Mike, what do you think? Keep this until the format provides this option or WF?

Should have read the SeeAlso ticket first.

(In reply to Regina Henschel from comment #4)

So the format has this option and there are at least two requests. Please ask for UX input when it comes to professional support, which I guess is needed at some point.

Marking as a duplicate of bug 60976, images are already included there.
