Description:
if I want to save a Calc as CSV and there are commas in the cells, it does not delimit them properly

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a calc file
2. add a comma in one of the cells
3. save as CSV

Actual Results:
in-cell commas are not delimited

Expected Results:
in-cell commas should be delimited


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

You need to enable option "[x] Edit filter settings" when saving to csv file and from there you have 2 options:

Option 1: Change the field delimiter to some other character (e.g. semicolon ";") 
Option 2: Select option "[x] Quote all text cell"

From my perspective not a bug.
