text document with mail merge fields

I have observed a case where mail merge fields in a writer document are not filled with the corresponding field contents when printed.

I will attach several files:
* a Writer text file (odt) with one mail merge field at several positions
* A resulting PDF file. This is my result when printing this mail merge.

Here is a short description how to reproduce the observed behavior.
* Register a database in Libreoffice. In my case I used a Calc table, wrapped by a Base database. In my demo case this database only contains one column with the name "Name" and two data lines underneath: "aaa" and "bbb".
* Create a Writer text document with two pages. The first page uses the default page format "right page" and the second page the page format "left page".
* Add a headline, but only for the "left page" pages, not for the "right page" pages.
* Add a mail merge field into the headline (on the "left" pages).
* Choose from the menu: "file" - "print" - yes, do mail merge printing
datasets = "all datasets", output = "printer" - OK
* In the dialog "print" choose then: printer = "print to file". press "print to file" and choose some file name. I picked "print - to file.pdf".

In the resulting PDF file you see the following:
* The content of the mail merge field is displayed properly, when used on the main part of a page ("aaa" and "bbb")
* In the headline (on the left, i.e. second page, at the very top) the content of the mail merge field is NOT printed at all. Sometimes I have observed that this place just stays totally empty. Sometimes I have observed that a place holeder like "<Name>" is printed instead. Have a look at the PDF file yourself, to see what I mean.
