The anchor change is simply an anchor change without affecting layout.. in my perception.. But well you can argue differently.. Needs some expert opinion
Telesto, I assume, you're talking about the frame an not about the image (this is anchired to paragraph). For me the behaviour is as expected: If frame is anchored as charater, paragraph has the height of the frame. If you change anchor "To character" the paragraph has normal height and all the other paragraphs move up. And therefor the other images move up also. => RESOLVED NOTABUG Please change it back to UNCONFIRMED with a reasoning, if you disagree

Re-thinking if there still something off. One could argue that the "to character' anchoring being absolute, not relative. So the font change going without effect. But have to check if this actually workable. Relative has it's advantages too
