Description:
Successfully installed RC1 and RC2.

Now I'm trying to install 7.1.0.3

I get the message that there is an error while writing file cli_oootypes.dll and the installation procedure will be cancelled. 

Actual Results:
No installation possible

Expected Results:
Still not possible to install

No repro on Windows 10 with 7.1.0.3. Everything installed like usually, quick.

Used a mirror instead the official web page. File is 43 MB bigger and it worked now.
