Description:
Dragging image A to different cell  changes position of a different anchored 'to character' embedded in different table cell (DOCX)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save as DOCX
3. File reload
4. Drag the image with red border up into a cell above
5. Notice the map image to change position

Actual Results:
Image 5, map changes position

Expected Results:
No layout change in different table cell


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Can you give the exact image name? I don't see any such image, if it's some other image than Image5
