Column Width Manual Resizing UI

When resizing columns, the UI is not as it should be/used to be.

It is not clear what the actual result is, how exactly it differs from the expected result. Video is blank, no steps to reproduce.

This bug started after the installation of a "Beta" Libreoffice release. I have to guess that something from that Beta was not working properly. 
After a few months and several new installations of Non Beta releases, the bug got fixed.
