toolbar formatting

If I choose icon style = SVG, then in the toolbar Formatting the symbols of Font Color and Highlight Color ist missing. This affects all svg-icons, module writer and calc.

OS: openSUSE 15.2
Version: 7.1.0.3 / LibreOffice Community

Can not confirm on Windows builds, 7.1.0.3 nor recent master(s).

The Karasa Jaga icon theme in SVG, and the other SVG icon theme do display an icon above the color swatch of the color picker for this os/DE.

Find the problem:

It's VCL: gtk3

It's all Ok with VCL: kf5

New:
if I start libo with

export SAL_USE_VCLPLUGIN=gtk3

then it works fine.
