Description: Currently lines of on object always grow on both sides. However, I some cases it is necessary to choose if the line grows inside our outside the shape. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a shape 2. Choose a line color and line size/thickness 3. I would not try to add a new kind of fat line drawing. Line drawing is deeply mixed with other rendering aspects in all modules, that it would be a huge effort to add such option. And because MS Office and Inkscape behaves the same way in extending the line to both sides, there is no interoperability problem with the current way. I can image of a macro (an extension), to change the size of a shape to get the desired effect for a selected shape. Formally it is a valid enhancement request. But my take is to close it as "Wontfix".
