When a modified spreadsheet is saved using File->Save, Ctrl-S or pressing the Save button, the little indicator dot does not clear. On exit the user is prompted to save the changes.

Problem can be replicated with the following steps:
1. Create a new blank spreadsheet.
2. Save it with a new filename. (Modified indicator is clear).
3. Populate some cells with text.
4. Add a chart.
5. Save.
If the modified indicator dot does clear correctly, repeat steps 3 to 5 a few times until the dot refuses to clear.

Problem no longer present in v7.1.4.2.
