Description:
LibreOffice Calc works slowly with some files since version 6.4. The reaction on pressing the File, Edit and Tools takes about 3 seconds. Also with cell manipulation. LibreOffice version 6.2 does not have this issue.
It noticed in Windows 10 and Linux Mint.
OpenGL doesn't influence on issue.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Use the file that I can send.
2.Try to press on File, Edit and Tools in upper panel
3.Try to press on cells and move mouse wheel

Actual Results:
LibreOffice freezes for a seconds.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice should react faster.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I can't appreciate the issue.
The whole row 1 has background color, test if cleaning it [Ctrl-M] beyond column H has some effect.

Unfortunately this didn't have any effect. LibreOffice continues to freeze.
Several people confirmed this freezings, but from version 6.4. 6.2 doesn't have this trouble.

I could reproduce with 7.1 on Linux, but not with the latest.
