Dialogs and Cells

Hi, calc is very useful tool!
 I use calc in Japan.
I am very grateful for developers.

I found one little something like bug.
when I import text with "Import Text Dialog",
timestamp string will be shifted.

Original Text is like

 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233
 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233
 2021-02-20 15:46:19.01233

After I copied these lines ,I paste it on Calc.
Calc Open "Text Import Dialog".

The dialog display imported datas.That is correct;

But cells have shifted data
 25/02/21 15:46
 25/02/21 15:46
 25/02/21 15:46

When I used the Dialog , if I changed the type of data 'Standard' to 'Date(DMY)' or 'Date(MDY)' or 'Date(YMD)' ,
Cells will be have correct data.

Is this designed or ?

Have you verified it is only a change of format or also a change of data.

Please test applying the desired format on the cells with shifted data.

Shifted four year, sure it is in relation with:

Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice calc/Calculate - Date, maybe you have the 01/01/1904 option marked.

Thank you so much,
And I am sorry very so much.

I had marked the option to '01/01/1904',as you wrote.

After I changed the option to '12/30/1899',
the datas are imported correctly.

I can't understand why I had marked this option.
And I didn't know that there are calenders started with 12/30/1899 and 1904/1/1.

This is not bug,is my wrong setting.

I changed the Status to RESOLVED NOTABUG.

Thank you so much!
