Dragging image to certain position causes jump up & delay

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Select the top left image and drag it to right corner (within text margins) (delay)
3. Cut the image & paste it inside the header
4. Drag it down to the same position -> smooth

Actual Results:

I couldn't reproduce the bug in

Version: 7.0.4.2
Build ID: dcf040e67528d9187c66b2379df5ea4407429775
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

However, I could reproduce it in

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 80f3c0ce51a7f94b127fe7c4dd4dd1d87ce694d6
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3

Kind of skeptical here, I do see the same speed in 7.0 bibisect repro
Comment 6 Laurynas 2021-04-01 11:31:28 UTC
I could partially reproduce the bug in:

Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 5707ec3303f8215af91aac7d7f7cc29bf67b6c99
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

and

Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676
CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win
Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

I could move the top left image to any location without any delays on both versions, however when I tried to move the bottom image inside the header it has caused approx. 1-2 sec delay on both versions most of the times.

Hi Telesto,
Could you please try to reproduce it with a master build from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/ ?
You can install it alongside the standard version.
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' if the bug is still present in the master build
