I could partially reproduce the bug in: Version: 7.2.0.0.alpha0+ (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 5707ec3303f8215af91aac7d7f7cc29bf67b6c99 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-US Calc: threaded and Version: 7.1.1.2 (x64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: fe0b08f4af1bacafe4c7ecc87ce55bb426164676 CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 19041; UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-GB (en_GB); UI: en-US Calc: threaded I could move the top left image to any location without any delays on both versions, however when I tried to move the bottom image inside the header it has caused approx. 1-2 sec delay on both versions most of the times.
