Description Adam Kłobukowski 2021-03-11 16:43:12 UTC
I've set up conditional formatting for some cells. Then I wanted to edit it, but the original formatting was not present in the editing window.
Comment 1 Tristan Miller 2021-03-31 14:16:12 UTC
Adam, is it possible that you are experiencing the same problem I describe in Bug 141389? That is, when you are adding or editing conditional formatting, are you switching from one sheet to another in order to select a cell value?

Comment 3 Adam Kłobukowski 2021-03-31 14:43:16 UTC
@Tristan, no it is not that case, I have only single sheet, and really very simple case. I'm attaching my fil.e In D colum there is conditional formating changing depending on B and C columns, and it works, but when I try to edit this formatting, I do not see it in formating window, just something not related.

Tested Version: 7.3.0.0.beta1+ / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 86f539a23b08d0cc9e5e9566ac31380e373be13f
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 5.11; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: cs-CZ (cs_CZ.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded
Comment 6 Adam Kłobukowski 2021-12-30 14:08:43 UTC
The problem is not that conditionakl formatting is gone, the problem is that it works as intended, but when I try to edit conditional formatting there are different conditions in edit window than originally set (complete nonsense).
Comment 7 Adam Kłobukowski 2021-12-30 14:13:52 UTC
I've retried with
Version: 7.2.4.1 (x64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 27d75539669ac387bb498e35313b970b7fe9c4f9
CPU threads: 16; OS: Windows 10.0 Build 22000; UI render: Skia/Vulkan; VCL: win
Locale: pl-PL (pl_PL); UI: pl-PL
Calc: CL

which is the latest stable version, and problem is still present.

I see the same on Linux with 7.3.3.2

Adam, I can't understand your problem. Your file seems OK and CF dialog shows the correct conditions.
Could you please to give us more details? Step by step, what did you do when you created your conditional formatting.

Here is a screenshot of the issue.
The selected cell F13 has conditional formatting:
 when value<50, then red

However after re-opening the file and editing the conditional format
(right click cell-> conditional formating -> edit)
the edi box show something random ('Equal to' and 'accent'). It should show the original format rule.
