Description: When press shortcut CTRL+Shift+V for Paste Special, there is no Paste Special Dialog shown, but Text Import dialog in Calc or plain text in Writer. If the Paste Special is run vie the Edit menu, it works normally. It depends on the contents of the clipboard, it behaves differently with different clipboard contents, however the Paste Special dialog is never shown. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Calc - select two non-empty cells 2. Copy with CTRL+C shortcut 3. Moe cursor to another cell 4. Press CTRL+Shift+V Actual Results: Import Text dialog is shown.
