Description LI AR 2021-03-31 17:48:36 UTC
Exact version : LibreOffice 7.1.1.2 10(Build:2)

I've experimented with forms recently and the results were pretty bad:

- I found only VERY basic documentation on the web about Forms, and most are for old versions of LOo. One specific question referred to upgrading to LOo7 where froms were supposed to work a lot better. This is not the case :{

- Only background color of From Components can be changed, thus
  - Export to pdf result in unreadable Text (see attached picture right-top ; there is text typed in the field, I defy anyone to read it!) and unreadable checkbox (see attached picture right top-below text field ; one of the rbuttons is checked, I defy anyone to tell me which one it!), when one wants to invert colors of Form Controls (who wants a big black pie in the middle of a Writer doc as a small field for the username?)
   - Export to docx seems to work at first: I managed to produce a fillable & "pretty" document & sent it to one of these annoying colleagues that use MS Word-only. Unfortunately, when the doc came back, I was unable to locate which of the rbuttons were filled, even in a dirty manner (see attached picture left)... Same document worked like a charm in MS Word.
