When using the Sharing feature of a spreadsheet, the protection function is disabled, but it would be a good idea to give this option to the user.

For example:
A group f people need to work on a shared spreadsheet in a server, but they would like it t be accessible only for a small group that knows the password.

How do you know if the document is being shared? Do you save remotely? Please describe your workflow a bit more detailed.
